Never buy a Kenmore!

Wow! After a whole bunch of crappy service (a whole other story), we discovered that our 3-year old Kenmore vacuum cleaner needs $200 in repairs! Needless to say, we said "#$&^! that", and we are now shopping for a new one. Apparently they only cost $300-$400! Oh.... because I have that kind of money! Of course! I could just go get one for $100, but I have 2 cats. Not that THAT matters because they have been locked in a room for weeks due to the fact that they pee all over the carpet! Maybe they wouldn't if our vacuum worked....

Late-Night Logic

It seemed like a good idea... taking apart my vacuum cleaner. It wasn't working. I figure I'll remember where everything goes. I was mostly right. Unfortunately, that doesn't really help me. Did you know that there are repair instructions for every other type of appliance on-line? Just not vacuums. Wish me luck....

WAR!!!

The toughest fight I will ever fight. Yes, the war against cat urine. I am currently losing. They look innocent enough, but they aren't, they aren't. I am baffled. They were never "pee-ers" before. Now they are going all over the house. One of them actually prefers the bathtub to his own litter box. Easy to clean I guess, but strange.... very strange. We have tried stain and odour removers on the carpet. I hate carpet. This wouldn't be happening on hardwood or laminate. We just bought a new one. I am buying feline pheromone spray and diffusers on eBay. Will keep you updated......
